Delivery charges

We charge Rs. 50 /per Kg for shipping your products. This Shipment charges exclude all the taxes, redeem codes, and coupons. You can check the tax, other charges in your cart.

Delivery Details

We will deliver your product to your preferred location with the reputed courier service. Usually, for most of the metros and cities, delivery time will be 3-5 days for other areas product will be shipped through Postal service it may take 1-2 weeks according to the locations. While placing an order, you can find an estimated date of delivery.

Although, sometimes your product might get delay due to some inevitable reason in shipment where are not responsible for the delay. However, we try to contact the customers to cooperate as Royal Dry Fruits constantly attempt to prevent such cases from happening.

Order Tracking

Track ID provided by our logistic carrier is sent to the user through e-mail or SMS. You can track the product through the shipment provider website.

Unsuccessful delivery

If you missed out on the delivery, our carrier partner would attempt to deliver your product twice. If not, the product will be returned back to the warehouse, and the amount will be reimbursed to your bank account.

Cancelation

In some rare cases, your product gets longer than the estimated delivery time or products are untraceable. We Royal Dry Fruits have full right to cancel the product and refund the paid amount to your bank account.

Changes in the Delivery address

You can change your delivery address before shipment, or the order is in pending status. If not, we strive to be as flexible as we can to deliver your product fast.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Royal Dry Fruits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Royal Dry Fruits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
